BFL DRAFT for 2009 - 2010 season
To all the BFL brothers it’s time for the he picked who segment of the 2009 season. Some brothers did very well and some brothers well they just did. The rules for the draft from the insiders view are simple, you can’t pick a team and go home and say I wish I had better WR’s or a better Oline or a better RB when you are picking in the top 10. That will be our focus today the top ten picks. Of course, the rookies did well with their picks this year. However unless you are new to the forum or been under a rock or asleep in a cave for the last 5 years you would know I don’t talk about ROOOOOOKIEEEES………..
THE WINNERS ARE THE FOLLOWING PICKS
Some of them are just plain and simple but we will still look at them with a critical eye because that is what I do…….
Xavier takes the Steelers at number 1 of course you have the Super bowl effect that would get you some love, however perhaps the worst season of X’s BFL career, came when he had the Steelers. That alone would have made me take the Pats.
Monte takes the Pats here is a guy who has not had a high pick since joining the league and he gets the number 2 pick and N.E is still there, have to be happy about that. Unless they drop off in the NFL season, he should do well with them.
Bell gets another high pick and takes the Chargers at 3 all this hogwash about taking the Skins. He said he could not take the Skins that high even though that is his team. I say play with your dawgs Bell the season will be for fun for you. Mr. Bell says winning is more fun.
David gets the Titans at 9 I love this pick a great defensive team with a different defensive playbook and a running back from hell. This is a guy who picked a team according to his skills, running the ball and stops the run. He will cause some problems this year for many a brother.
Mino, Mino, Mino how is that this guy is able to take the NY football Giants at 12 this team should have been gone. What are they missing best OL in the game they have A LB at running back and a Manning at QB got like your chances with this team and something else the Drew, factor Mino jumps into the division with the defending champion gets to play him twice. Says to Drew so what come and grab my Jacobs, I mean grab Jacobs.
The WHINNERS ARE THE FOLLOWING TEAMS AND PICKS……………….
Joel at number 4. I don’t like this pick the Eagles are a team void of LB’s and WR’s ok they have one. Again you can’t pick 4th and come home without some things on your team the Cards would have helped him better but he was in love with Vick, running the QB and the Wildcat (all things gimmick) and it may cost him.
The Kwame dog at number 7 there was it least 3 teams better than the Colts at that pick can you say Falcons, Titans or NYG, the Colts lack a running game and are very small at the wrong positions. He played with the Gmen last year why not bring them back one more time they have a Manning on that team also.
With a few exceptions, the draft was true to form guys taking their favorite team, and it should shape up for a great season. We have big games scheduled throughout the year and somebody is going to be crying about the team they picked before it’s all over I could be wrong I was wrong one other time…….…
